Information processed

Email address, account status, normalized holdings, portfolio calculations, user-selected preferences, research notes, security logs, consent records, and locally generated AI commentary.

Purpose

To provide self-directed portfolio analytics, account security, research organization, change detection, and daily briefing previews.

Uploads

Uploaded files are processed in memory. Original files are not intentionally retained after normalization. Normalized holdings are retained while the account is active or until deletion is requested.

AI processing

Derived portfolio calculations are sent over the private network to the locally operated ai-nizmo Ollama service. Customer data is not intentionally used to train a model.

Choices and rights

Users may export account data, delete the account, withdraw optional consent, or contact the operator regarding access and correction.

Security and incidents

Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used. No system is risk-free. Security incidents are assessed, recorded, and handled under applicable breach obligations.
